Brennan Town & Country: Bringing a boutique touch to real estate

Bringing a boutique touch to the local and national real estate market, new business Brennan Town & Country is hoping to combine years of experience across property, law and finance to bring a wholly unique new perspective to the business of buying and selling property.
Launched just last month by local man Michael Brennan, Brennan Town & Country is a new arrival on the property scene locally and nationally but whilst the company is a fledgling one, one of it’s main principles in business is an emphasis on what they call ‘old school customer service’ – delivered directly and passionately – without the necessary excess.
Brennan Town & Country has brought big city service, locally. Bringing together the customer service, technical and additional elements that underpin all property dealings, the boutique business wants to give locals in Ardee and across the North East the sort of service already available in Dublin and in commercial markets to the residential market.
Every property deal – from big to small, local to global – is contingent on a number of factors, namely contracts, legislation and finance. With Michael’s vast experience across these sectors, Brennan Town & Country is uniquely positioned to provide a direct and all-encompassing service to it’s clients.
With that knowledge to hand, Michael aims to work very closely with his clients to solve their individual problems and provide the best possible advice and options one-to-one. By addressing seemingly minor but fundamental issues such as inaccurate valuations at the outset of the process, he feels Brennan Town & Country can help cut through the excess and aid clients in making property dealings with as little hassle as possible, leaving them free to enjoy the financial reward and emotional benefit of a much simpler process.
Firmly believing there is a movement in the way real estate firms should be operating, Michael feels the public could – and should – benefit from it. Part of how Brennan Town & Country plan to do that is by maximising the technology available to them, another core principle – alongside dynamic expertise – on which the business is founded. They feel having a consistent and attractive online presence plays a huge part, just one aspect of a marketing strategy that is as vitally important today than ever.
Everything is moving mobile and having a folio in the window of an office on the street doesn’t necessarily cut it anymore. By not utilising technology at their disposal, clients can suffer – and Michael doesn’t want to see that happen.
Based in Edmonstown, just outside Ardee, Brennan Town & Country also have offices in Drogheda and Dublin.
Originally from a farming background in Ardee, Michael himself has a keen interest in the agricultural market too – marking out Brennan Town & Country as real estate agents equally at home dealing with agricultural or specialists markets as they are with commercial and residential.
Since qualifying as a chartered surveyor in 2008, Michael has built up an extensive CV working in the property, financial and legal sectors. A qualified Chartered Surveyor and Barrister at Law, Michael was formerly a consultant in the real estate division of one of the largest global private equity and investment funds with responsibility for managing European property and loan portfolios.
Brennan Town & Country feel their range of both traditional and more boutique services offer clients all the aspects of guidance they could require form start to finish of what can often he a daunting process.
They want to guide people through the entire process, whatever happens, with the knowledge that they’ve been there and done it before.
